We thank the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine for organising an open dialogue with the market. Such events form an important platform for professional discussion between business and the state.
We positively assess the readiness of the authorities to hear the position of carriers. At the same time, some initiatives remain controversial, including the issue of mandatory audit of financial statements for market participants.
Our position remains unchanged: the new licensing conditions must be balanced. They must:
- integrate modern European practices
- Increase market transparency
- remain realistic and economically viable for the business
It is important that during the discussion, the positions of most market participants, including the CAAU, coincide on key issues.
