| Публiчне Акцiонерне Товариство «Київська Виробнича Компанiя «Рапiд» (надалi – «Товариство») повiдомля є, що на пiдставi реєструвласникiв iменних цiнних паперiв, складеного депозитарiєм Публiчним акцiонерним товариством «Нацiональний депозитарiй України» на облiкову дату 06.04.2015 р. та отриманого Товариством вiд депозитарiю 07.04.2015 р., Товариству стала вiдома iнформацiя про змiну власникiв акцiй, яким належить 10 i бiльше вiдсоткiв голосуючих акцiй, а саме: Власник акцiй – фiзична особа, розмiр частки якого до змiни пакета акцiй становив 85,48% (42742 штук голосуючих акцiй), збiльшив за рахунок придбання свiй пакет акцiй, пiсля чого розмiр частки акцiонера – фiзичної особi становить 85,7% (42850 штук голосуючих акцiй). Розмiр пакета акцiй акцiонера, у тому числi з урахуванням розмiру збiльшення становить 42850 штук простих iменних акцiй. | ||||||
