on the procedure for paying dividends for 2019 on ordinary registered shares

Dear shareholders!

Цим доводимо до Вашого відома порядок виплати дивідендів за простими іменними акціями  ПАТ «КВК «РАПІД» за результатами роботи Товариства у 2019 році.

07 червня 2021 року на річних Загальних зборах акціонерів Публічного акціонерного товариства «Київська виробнича компанія «Рапід» прийнято рішення про затвердження «Розподілу прибутку товариства» за підсумками 2019 р. та виплатити дивіденди в розмірі  2 грн.00 коп. на 1 акцію (Протокол №9 вiд 07.06.2021 року). На підставі викладеного, 07  червня 2021 року на засіданні Наглядової ради ПАТ «КВК «Рапід» розглянуто питання щодо виплати дивідендів (Протокол № 127 від 07.06.2021 року) та вирішено наступне:

1. To set the date of compiling the list of persons entitled to receive dividends as 25.06.2021.
2.  Встановити строк виплати дивідендів акціонерам з  05.07.2021 р. року по 07.12.2021 року.
3. Establish the procedure for notifying shareholders of the date, amount, procedure and term of dividend payment by posting relevant information on the Company's website on the Internet: http://rapid.com.ua.
4. Establish a method of paying dividends directly to shareholders.
5. To establish the following procedure for payment of dividends: dividends shall be paid by paying the entire amount of dividends in full. Dividends shall be paid to shareholders by way of cash payment through the Company's cash desk. To receive dividends, shareholders (persons entitled to receive dividends) who are entitled to receive dividends according to the list of persons entitled to receive dividends as of 25.06.2021, must appear at the Company's address from 05.07.2021 to 07.12.2021: 02099, Ukraine, Kyiv, 02099. Kyiv, 7 Zroshuvalna St., (room 411), daily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (lunch break from 13:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m.), with a passport, and a shareholder's representative - a passport and a power of attorney issued in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 6. Any taxes and duties that are required to be withheld from dividends under applicable law shall be paid by the Company.
