Each class has its own transportation rules, which are subject to heavy fines or even criminal liability if ignored. The procedure for issuing a document involves checking <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compliance of the carrier's material and technical base, staff qualifications, transport and availability of necessary documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle requirements for ADR<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special vehicles for ADR must meet strict technical requirements depending on the hazard class of the cargo.
